True indeed, well put Leslie. Different people have different core values, priorities, lifestyles, levels of maturity and sources of happiness that appeal to them, spiritually, sensually, culturally or otherwise. It's hard to be accepting and receptive to all things at all times. But its easy to understand and tolerate the differences, lack of faithfulness and disagreements. Diversity is a beautiful thing that ought to be celebrated. Limitations in our ability to give and receive happiness or things that make us happy can be hard to stomach at first. But is a necessary and painful step in the right direction, all in the selfless hope that your significant other will find their treasured joy, habits, prize and pleasures elsewhere, one way or the other. Honesty and sacrifice is a painful yet simple step that can overcome the many devils inherent in denials and deceptions, both our own and those of others. At the end of the day its important to respect and have trust in the God given potentials, abilities and the inherent fallibility of another human being.Love is the perfection that makes up for all our inequities as long as we strive to prove ourselves worthy of it.Thank You for your beautiful message and kindness dear Leslie. The Dynamics of Love As a Mundane Relationship, in the words of David Harkins ( A painter and a Poet from Cumbria, England)

Some Wise, Enlightened, Rich and Powerful Men I've met admit to me and spell out, "the brilliance that radiates from the Supreme Soul is the Creative Spirit."

Some who revere this call it the Holy Spirit. We men see it between souls that coexist among us, a strange, powerful and mystifying thing they call Love, beyond all human intelligence and rationale. The Supreme Soul in its opulence reaches out to make known that this beautiful affinity we see manifest is the humble and sacrificial cause of all causes, a divinity beyond a divine law, grace beyond mercy, the life within all abundance and the Spirit of Love made true among Us, its Children............its everlasting Joy.

To Love is To Heal: A little Love can Go a Long Way :)

There is only one thing in this world that can deceive and seem to destroy Love. Jesus did not heal lepers by performing amputations or invasive laser surgeries. He healed them with Love, the hallmark of a true healer. Destructive cord cutting rituals are very symbolic of the very thing many Tarot card readers, Psychics and Wiccans worship and serve. Re- birthing, destroying the old and creating the new, are all well, if done transparently with the hope that some thing new will create itself at the decided and natural ending of a life cycle.  Don't mask such rituals or recommendations as pretentious healing, lovers are not fools so don't treat them and their maker and sustainer with such dismissive contempt. Love is not an easy reward to preserve in a world such as this. We all make mistakes and being honest and truthful helps resolve the worst of the lies this world can throw at you. You can heal the five senses, the mind, psychic perceptions, objects of sensual pleasures and the flesh. It is harmful to claim to heal the Soul. Chasing after quick ritualistic, astrological or psychic fixes to mitigate mundane irritations can never fully benefit the Soul. The Soul is a mysterious thing even beyond the Spirit. It's like an extension from an eternal being, no one owns it. Don't let your ego get too big on you. Abusing your free Will in this manner can only dig a deeper, bewildering, entangling and self perpetuating spiral of a trench one life time after the other. Such advice can make Souls suffer longer than they should or normally and naturally would. A needless thing for You, Your Clients and every body else involved. Hateful and destructive rituals such as this have a destructive spiral that may seem tempting, promising and enchanting at first, but will prove just as destructive as the beguiling force behind such ideas. You can not destroy a thing like Love which you did not create. You can neither prevent the justice that will fight to sustain and preserve it. Isn't there enough hate as it is in this world? Do we need to add to it by instigating, machinating and starting new feuds. There is a hidden Justice that watches, governs and regulates all Souls, and protects those that threaten the flock of humanity  and its loving shepherd. The One who knows All, sees All and Loves All will surely never fail to Heal All.

Why wait till December or next year or your horoscope ? You are more precious than all the stars in the sky. When Someone Loves you so much and Love can do so much more for your very Soul, then why  doubt or question it ?

Learn to Trust in Love...It is eternal and unconditional..Don't let the small mundane problems of your five senses, mind and psyche lead you astray from the everlasting memories of Love your Soul remembers, sustains and dwells in. Love preserves All Souls, however much this world may numb our hearts and fool our senses. You can not run away from a thing like Love. It is the Life within your Soul. Allow your soul to fully partake in its joys, learn to respect another human being, treat them with the God given worth, potential and dignity they all deserve. Like beads of a necklace that hang by a thread, Love holds and preserve all existence in its eternity. Be accepting and grateful, for Love is an eternal experience, and You my dear (Irina from Glen Head) will be happy right now this very moment.

Understanding Karma: It's More Than Just a Trivial Principle or a Mundane Concept

I agree with what Ms. Jacqueline has said,

"These Karmic experiences do not have to arise again and again, nor linger on and on, once you become real in tune with yourself, the mechanics of you, looking at the reasons of what have made you tic, your involvement in bringing forth certain issues into your life, look at them change what-ever needs to change within yourself you will soon find that circumstances, friends, colleges will change too."

Life is a finite experience. We enter into this world with no material possessions but we do accrue and accumulate the reactions, consequences and rewards of our actions. People have a strong tendency to chase after, work for and Lord over the rewards of their actions. They say this is My Wealth, My fancy car, my wife etc etc. The truth is they came into this world as tiny butt naked babies, the world, nature, life, someone, something or circumstances rewarded them the fruits of their actions that they desired for. These fruits and rewards never belonged to them, to conceive the false notion that it does is what bad Karma is all about. Because the desire, the false pride and false sense of ownership will prolong and persist after death. They conceive the idea that they can own and Lord over something, they are worried in anguish until they have that desire or the fruit in their hands and certainly once they get it with great difficulty they are relieved in pride of possessing and lording over what they began to covet. And some get greedy and long for more and more. Some prepare their senses in Lust for things they can covet before they get it their hands. And some engage in resentment, hate and anger for all that they have been denied. They sometimes get their desires fulfilled and most often they don't. And when they don't, if they are devoid of certain spiritually enabling qualities such as love they will descend and succumb to freely accessible energies and emotions like hate. Guilt is a good thing because it is an indication that you have used your free will to violate what is natural to your soul. This is usually not a one person event. This is an interaction, like shaking hands and everybody else is certainly involved. You get caught and entwined, even let’s say for a person giving advice whether good or bad, your soul and its Karmic reactions are getting entwined with your friend or Client's Karmic reactions. Recognize it as it happens because your soul will have to live with it until the Karmic bonds come undone.


Karmic bonds vastly apply to soul mates as a collective entity and don't mistake the eternal bonds of marriage between their souls as anything else.


For those who realize the soul within, they can comprehend to a certain extent that Karma is a sense illusory and powerfully entangling web, even though the spiritual energies involved are lower and weaker...they are surely effective and all that is needed. It weaves its illusions of rewards in this material realm, this is its dominion, its energies are real, people succumb to it and chase after the fruits rather than achieve liberation from it, or anything else other than what is worthwhile of their time and the opportunity presented to them as a gift during this lifetime. If you desire the fruits. You might soon start to hate or complain and long for it when it is denied. This is how desire turns into hate. It happens to all living things regardless of gender, race, age, religion, spiritual inclinations, type of life or time, age or place of birth. These are the natures of the material realm to which Life in all its conditions is exposed to. For example a fish will not understand these words but its soul is very close to nature instinctively. It has not made sufficient Karmic progress to get to be human enough and liberate itself from the sense illusory rewards of Karma. Its soul and consciousness is still in the infantile stages of spiritual awakening.


Many of the psychics here are very well conditioned eternal souls. They can predict the future with precision and uncover the past like items from a closet labeled and ready for use or disposal. These sharpened spiritual gifts for example are accrued from the experiences that their souls have been through during past lifetimes. And they have done well during this life time to uncover, revive and reacquaint with the consciousness that they have worked on in the past. It is still accessible and available for use. Many people blindly refuse to accept such truths. The truth exists whether you believe in it or not. The best way to get to know the truth is through devotion (or to de - vote yourself or to be a devotee) to it. Understanding, tolerance and respect for the truth is what can set you or anyone on its path. Use the gifts, opportunities and resources presented to you during this life, not for your own glorification but rather to all the many facets of nature and forms of life that has provided you with them. Think of the bigger picture. The collective betterment and the harmonious way to coexist, aid and achieve the same.


The only watch word to keep in my mind with regards to Karma is Devotion. Devotion not to yourself interest but to whoever or whatever you consider, realize, envision or acknowledge to be the true owners of all the rewards of all your actions. Like I had Zit $$ when I was born I only expect to have Zit $$ when I leave. I know it’s not my money, it was given, it will switch hands and it will be taken. Using and earning rewards that benefit all life, the collective soul and the personal sacrifices you make to make the promise of truth a reality for all is the appropriate engagement in all things Karmic. So is the case with my body. It was that of a small boy it got big because of the food that grew from dust and one day it will surely go back to the material dust that it came from. Act renouncing the fruits of your labor, forget about prize or rewards that will never truly be yours and learn to enjoy the process instead. For it has a spiritual purpose. Take the assistance of one of the psychics or spiritual masters and identify these things like they have. Forget the rewards of Karma, instead dedicate and devote yourself to whatever dear truth it might be that is mysterious, intriguing and unknown to you and your soul. The Truth that calls out to you governs over it all, for sure.


Many of the psychics here have done well in eliminating doubt with their faith and focusing their attention and devotion to what they hold as their sacred Truth. They have their gifts and they surely do try their best to use it in the best way possible. This is admirable and great. At the end of the day we are all just visitors here, let’s make the stay pleasant and productive for everyone. Let’s accomplish the intentions of our visit and not be too obsessive or deluded in staying back and trying to keep what never belonged to us. It might take a lot of life times. And if you do find disciples of Jesus among Christians who seem too good to be true, then remember that they are too good for this world, they have found their spiritual growth and the eventual salvation of their soul in him by merely taking his name in the same faith and earnest that you and I are just as capable of.

If common sense in all five senses and extra sensory perception is your path, then have faith in nature. She won’t betray, she knew Jesus way before anyone else did.

Eternal Love: Is the True Religion

Often times there are no work around for such a thing. You will stay perpetually accountable for what is written on the walls of your soul. There are no band aid fixes and healing that can do your soul any good in the long run. You will always start anew with a next time and a fresh slate if you can’t get your A, B, C, D……to the Z right this time around. I’ve come across many people on this site and others, who use the term ‘Soul-mate’ without knowing its meaning. They also use words such as Spirit, Soul, Spiritual teachers, Krishna, Jesus, Mahatma Gandhi (meaning the Great Soul Gandhi) and spiritual masters without knowing, understanding or fully comprehending the breadth and depth of what these imply. It is ok, because the fault lies in the language, the culture, the social habits and trends of the age. The fault lies in the flawed and per versified religious & spiritual principles or teachings that have lost its original meaning and purity in the blinding spiritual darkness of the age. Nobody has the right to role play God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, Krishna or the Supreme Soul except the true Lords that posses these identities. It doesn’t matter what the state and extent of your false ego, self absorbed soul or self gratifying and aggrandizing glorification is. A mockery of the word Soul with other worldly and mundane misconceptions is truly nothing more than a horrible and misguided mockery. An insult to God, the Holy Spirit, the Supreme Soul and the individual Souls concerned. If you wish to address and speak to your client’s on mundane terms than start by figuring out what have they done to damage the natural progression of things that were truly meant to be. We live in a world full of several social evils such as racism, stereotypes, hate crimes, prejudice, other isms and the long list… goes on and on. Surely your client must be happily engaging in one or more of these evils. May be their partner is tolerant, understanding and ever graceful in forgiving all their spiritual or worldly crimes in name calling, insults and abuse. It is rare to find a Soul that comes from a higher state of consciousness here on earth. Unless they are on some kind of a mission that may or may not have a large and profound spiritual or physical implications on the world, the supreme Lord and themselves. Certain Souls come, take birth, embody themselves and work and act to offer sacrifices, all in the name of devotion to the supreme and the glorification of the one that enjoys all sacrifices. You must understand Gender, both male and female to be a sacred and beautiful thing even on a soul level. One soul engendered as male or female was created together with its pair and never exists without its other significant half. Yes beyond a doubt and all debating they, both male and female complete each other, this is the eternal truth regardless of your acceptance of it. They make up perfectly for each other’s flaws and weaknesses with each other’s strengths and virtues. This is true in the case of Jesus and Mary Magdalena, and just as true in the case of Krishna and Radha. Their fight against irreligion would never have succeeded without their soul mates. This is the only real type of or definition of soul mating that has existed primordially and eternally. And yes when they take birth they do manifest as separate physical bodies or persons searching for all the resourcefulness promised in their other half’s eternal affection. Yes they do cross paths because there are natural forces, energies and entities here on earth, that conspire endlessly and tirelessly to make them cross paths and bring them together. Especially so if the union, perhaps holds great consequences and repercussion to all the energies involved. Born into this sensually bewildering and confusing world they develop a worldly consciousness filled with socially ingrained habits and character traits. This is what develops and constitutes their false ego’s and personas very far removed from the original Soul that is within them and responsible for their births. Without which they would have no flesh, no holy spirit of life filling and empowering them to reach their goals and wind up losing the very purpose of their Birth and existence. Not serving their initially intended purpose, acts of love, service of humanity and life or duty here on earth as a sacrifice in glorification of the Lord. They surely get entangled in the cycle of birth and life, karma, actions and reactions and may even needlessly, unfortunately, and yet inadvertently enter into the tormenting and false consciousness created by what’s on the other side of the three doomful gates of Lust, Greed and Anger. I sense, realize and understand if another third party deliberately interferes and triggers such happenings of hate and unhappiness. I understand that unlike the Dinosaurs and Druids, Wiccans still exist because they were unjustly ostracized, maligned and abused once the creative spirit, creator or holy spirit declared it’s jealousy for anyone who worships any other demigods including those of the wiccans. Yes that doesn’t make any of the demigods unreal or powerless, but there is surely a spiritual conflict that questions the very continuing existence of wiccans and occultists who do not hold true to the well intentioned principles of their original religion. And some of the wiccans have surely got caught up in the conflict. So they lay very deep inside, them a certain call for revenge and vengeful hate. Which is still justified but this hate is poorly directed and abused even to the extent of senselessly victimizing and oppressing by perpetuating Lust, Jealousy and Anger into the impressionable senses of the unsuspecting and not so enlightened Souls they share the earth with. Now if someone interferes and wishes to role play God, the Holy Spirit or the Supreme Soul with their self created false ego, self directed free will, stubborn, unwise and un accepting souls, which might be layered with their conditioned, impressionable and ingrained intentions of harmful or hateful habits, then they must bear the consequences of their actions, thoughts, words and energies. Where there is truth there are laws. Where there are Laws, call it abiding of religious principles or occurrences of irreligion and injustice there will certainly be Justice, the upholders of it and soul mates, entities or agents of Law enforcement. The wiccans or spritists can never take them back, these… their words, thoughts, actions, nervous, spiritual and emotional energies. They are all clear to identify and their sins and misdeeds are kept track of on the walls of their souls. Such hate should never be directed against the union of Soul mates and maliciously target their original purpose in devotion and Love. Self realized souls who have seen the truth have no intentions or plans to suffer in silence and turn a blind eye. I wouldn’t wish for such things to happen to any pair of soul mates regardless of what may or may not happen to me and my significant other. I’ll certainly do my best to ensure that I give it my all, to keep such horrible, sinful and hateful occurrences from repeating itself. For Soul mates life is like a race, they are drivers driving towards the finish line overcoming obstacles together. They complement each other’s strengths and weaknesses perfectly. Their eventual goal is eternally mutual. Towards one that is greater than all the demigods, the Creative Holy Spirit, Jesus in the flesh and the true enjoyer made complete in the Supreme Soul’s being. Then for the wiccans, this is their sin. Crimes against eternal Love are eternal crimes. The torment will be too much for any soul to bear. No one should have to oppress soul mates anymore and keep them from uniting. What strange pleasure can you get by destroying such eternal bonds made in devotion and dedication to the supreme? How can you separate the male and the female energies and souls made together in the primordial fire of the Lord without fully experiencing the correcting heat of its eternal flame. How can you have the heart to destroy something you never created? I know the answer to that. But people should never have to be oppressed by those who perpetuate Lust, greed, anger and hate. They don’t deserve to go on suffering unjustly. This is not the purpose of their human existence. They are here to make personal sacrifices to learn, love and show their eternal devotion to the Lord. They are here to devote their free wills and direct it towards that of the Holy Spirit incarnate in Jesus so that they may spiritually progress to reunite their souls in eternal love to their mother and their father combined in the Supreme Soul’s Eternal Being. These are the principles of the true religion. Many divisions and deviations have per versified it with faults and flaws. If you need spiritual strength and empowerment for your soul and body call out to Jesus for he is the source and the only Holy Spirit for All including the demigods you worship. He is the graceful and forgiving source of faith in you that makes such worship possible. Beyond that if you catch a glimpse of the Supreme Soul then engage in self sacrificing Love and devotion towards it, recognizing, glorifying and acknowledging its existence. The wiccans shouldn’t have to stray such a long way away from the principles of their own religion and its Laws or significant Truths without being offered correction or a choice to cease. Yes the dinosaurs and druids went extinct or just disappeared but the better word to use will be annihilation. The Social evils of this world including racism, prejudice and all the other isms wouldn’t exist unaided, un-reinforced and without being incessantly fed and perpetuated by the likes of those that think its right to hate hiding behind their false exteriors like cowards. I urge them to be brave to assemble on the spiritual battlefield with all their spiteful senses and justify their hate. Justice is neutral. Do not fear it. Choose to love and long for it instead. Let Soul mates be. Let the Supreme be. Lower your positions to what they are truly worth and deserving of. Let nature play its part in nourishing the deprived of the Justice they long for. Make no assumptions about souls; you cannot covet things that belong to the true Lord and Master of All. And if you do you’ll annoy him at first before you upset him. ‘Soul mates’ shouldn’t have to usher in a much needed age of transition with forceful justice.

The Truth shall and will prevail against all odds. The Truth is eternal, constant and never changing. Eternal Love is its strength, Righteousness its shield and truthful wholesome knowledge its sword.

Eternity: A path to Life illuminated by Love's Light

A vast majority of people are looking for a relationship, marriage, date, affair…etc. They’re looking for matching personal preferences, comfort as in avoiding mental, emotional and spiritual risks. They are looking for something that comes easy with out physical stress and strain. They’re looking for someone to trust, someone who is compassionate and supportive of their pursuits, someone who shares professional, ideological, extra-curricular and financial interests among others. Someone who can be embraced and paraded for the sake of cultural, societal, moral, racial and behavioral acceptance. Mature and grown up as they claim themselves to be, the supposed real men and women, they’re looking for mature relationships with a lack of understanding, equipoise and tolerance for the grown up boys and girls of our dysfunctional society. They are looking for happiness through another. This is what they are looking for when they say they are looking for the one. They are not looking for LOVE!

For them, they are pursuing this,
“Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence”. Aristotle.
In many ways and things they value like all those mentioned in your article

They have heard Love can be a happy experience even eternal perhaps but they aren’t pursuing the spiritual truth and happiness that comes from such a thing as Love. They are distracted by the material fleeting pleasures of this world and dead to the eternity in Love’s simple promise.

“But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you” – Jesus of Nazareth, as recorded in Matthew 5:44

To Love: It’s risky. It can be a uncomfortable, dramatic, painful, persecuting, psychologically and spiritually intimidating, absolutely selfless and unconditional. If it isn’t hard, trying and persecuting it isn’t real. And it works on more than just tax collectors, prostitutes, criminals, murders and the worst of sinners. It is Love, all life human and else. young and old, mature and immature, selfish and selfless, sinful and pious, ignorant and enlightened are all, always eternally entitled and deserving of it. If it is Love you dare to look for and if you wish to come undone from the entangling bonds onto its eternity, risk it even if it gets you crucified. For it’s ever triumphant and its victory and legacy is told in all of life’s abundance. A life without Love is lifeless, for there would be no Life without the many souls that are like the blessings, extensions and separable fragments of that one heavenly, eternal and supreme soul called Love. However much men may wish to per versify the idea of Love, it’s unconditional truth is above the chaos of vile confusions and fearful indecision. It is not a thing for the weak, fainthearted, insecure or fearful. Only the bravest of the brave who dare to walk it’s path can get to realize the higher enlightening and elevating spiritual truth that is Love’s eternal glory.

We are all Love’s children. She can be compared to an extremely loving, tolerant, understanding and forgiving mother. Why upset her with our mundane distractions and material pursuits when we ought to give her a deserving thanks and celebrate Love’s blessings.

My sincere apologies if I’ve come of as fighting the good fight on Love’s behalf. It is always honorable for the brave to shed their lives as a sacrifice in Love’s liberating glory. I’m sure Love has its countless Angels who wait in patience and tolerance before they silence these false perceptions ones and for all.

In an age such as ours it can be extremely easy to get swayed by distractions that come disguised in every shape, size, form, guile and vice. It is equally hard to focus our 'Will' on the many abilities, gifts and faculties we posses on a single all enabling and empowering Truth. Devoid of all distractions a path to Self knowledge, that applies to you and has a personal touch, is crucial in developing a strong relationship from within, an intrinsic embrace of the whole, and uniting in harmony with the realization of our true purpose, significance, place and position in the grand scheme of all things spiritual, universal and material. Developing a conviction in something you uncover from within spawns the promising seeds of faith. Such faith is whole, true and far removed from the shadows of doubt. As your faith is strengthened you will find that there is no longer the need to have a sense of control, that things will flow as they will, and that you will flow with them, to your great delight, benefit and never ending progression. This positive cycle of progression is very different from what is very common in negativity and its many entanglements. A misdirected 'will' plagued by indecision and doubt beholds and crystallizes doubts into fear,  fear leads to anxiety, anguish, anger, deluded unsteady passions and a lot of suffering. The after effect of all this is often the weakening and numbing of our gifts, senses, awareness, independence, integrity and faculties. Again this lends itself to perpetuate both from within and around the viscous cycles of negativity. It reinvents the wheel of misery each time you live in ignorance of your best friend in the ‘Truth’ that escaped your attention. I always tell my friends that the first step to embarking on this journey is to discover and steady your personal ‘Will’. The goal of this first fledgling step is to set the course by giving your ‘Will’ much needed direction. You begin by understanding, taming and taking control of the very real and powerful mechanism that governs your thoughts.

 I was fortunate enough to have been able to read the early manuscripts and works of James Allen, and comprehend the meaning of his words at an early age. Much of my principles in Art, Writing and Life carry reflections of these tested, practical and true ideas that I hold dear and close to my heart. I'm currently working on the book titled 'Treasures of a Conditioned Soul: Discover the Wealth Within'.      
I wanted to share my favorite excerpts from the works of James Allen that have served as a guiding principle in my Life and my book.

The proof of this truth is in every person, and it therefore admits of easy investigation by systematic introspection and self-analysis. Let a man radically alter his thoughts, and he will be astonished at the rapid transformation it will effect in the material conditions of his life. Men imagine that thought can be kept secret, but it cannot; it rapidly crystallizes into habit, and habit solidifies into circumstance. Bestial thoughts crystallize into habits of drunkenness and sensuality, which solidify into circumstances of destitution and disease: impure thoughts of every kind crystallize into enervating and confusing habits, which solidify into distracting and adverse circumstances: thoughts of fear, doubt, and indecision crystallize into weak, unmanly, and irresolute habits, which solidify into circumstances of failure, indigence, and slavish dependence: lazy thoughts crystallize into habits of uncleanliness and dishonesty, which solidify into circumstances of foulness and beggary: hateful and condemnatory thoughts crystallize into habits of accusation and violence, which solidify into circumstances of injury and persecution: selfish thoughts of all kinds crystallize into habits of self-seeking, which solidify into circumstances more or less distressing. On the other hand, beautiful thoughts of all kinds crystallize into habits of grace and kindliness, which solidify into genial and sunny circumstances: pure thoughts crystallize into habits of temperance and self-control, which solidify into circumstances of repose and peace: thoughts of courage, self-reliance, and decision crystallize into manly habits, which solidify into circumstances of success, plenty, and freedom: energetic thoughts crystallize into habits of cleanliness and industry, which solidify into circumstances of pleasantness: gentle and forgiving thoughts crystallize into habits of gentleness, which solidify into protective and preservative circumstances: loving and unselfish thoughts crystallize into habits of self-forgetfulness for others, which solidify into circumstances of sure and abiding prosperity and true riches.

   A particular train of thought persisted in, be it good or bad, cannot fail to produce its results on the character and circumstances. A man cannot directly choose his circumstances, but he can choose his thoughts, and so indirectly, yet surely, shape his circumstances.

   Nature helps every man to the gratification of the thoughts, which he most encourages, and opportunities are presented which will most speedily bring to the surface both the good and evil thoughts.

   Let a man cease from his sinful thoughts, and all the world will soften towards him, and be ready to help him; let him put away his weakly and sickly thoughts, and lo, opportunities will spring up on every hand to aid his strong resolves; let him encourage good thoughts, and no hard fate shall bind him down to wretchedness and shame. The world is your kaleidoscope, and the varying combinations of colours, which at every succeeding moment it presents to you are the exquisitely adjusted pictures of your ever-moving thoughts.

The circumstances, which a man encounters with suffering, are the result of his own mental in harmony. The circumstances, which a man encounters with blessedness, are the result of his own mental harmony. Blessedness, not material possessions, is the measure of right thought; wretchedness, not lack of material possessions, is the measure of wrong thought. A man may be cursed and rich; he may be blessed and poor. Blessedness and riches are only joined together when the riches are rightly and wisely used; and the poor man only descends into wretchedness when he regards his lot as a burden unjustly imposed. Men do not attract that which they want, but that which they are. Their whims, fancies, and ambitions are thwarted at every step, but their inmost thoughts and desires are fed with their own food, be it foul or clean. The "divinity that shapes our ends" is in ourselves; it is our very self. Only himself manacles man: thought and action are the gaolers of Fate--they imprison, being base; they are also the angels of Freedom--they liberate, being noble. Not what he wishes and prays for does a man get, but what he justly earns. His wishes and prayers are only gratified and answered when they harmonize with his thoughts and actions.

Love is a Song Only Your Heart Can Hear.

Falling into or out of something like Love is almost unreal and a byproduct of our lifestyle, misconceptions, misplaced values, culture and unbridled dispositions. We not only fail to understand, recognize and value it we also mistake other things for it and label it love. Love of God, Love of a mother, a father, between siblings, carnal mates, soul mates and friends is spiritually of the same quality and essence. Between a man and a woman it takes on several other powerful dimensions that are captured in the beauty, dynamics and eternity of such bonds as that of soul mates. There is no gender disparity and inequality in it. Love is something that brings a man and a woman together in eternity. If it’s true, it’s in the truth, it is eternal or else it isn't Love. Any mathematician, scientist or logician will tell you what truth means. Men are blessed with 5 senses, faith, will, intelligence, spirit, mind, civility, self awareness, consciousness, knowledge of the sciences, religion to tame, to self discipline and regulate their lives, habits and experiences. These are all gifts available at his disposal to get him through his human condition in contact with the lower energies of the material mode, its five elements, lower emotions and the effects of things such as Lust, Anger, Greed and myriad combinations of other negative emotions.   In my experience such things like Love are established as a Truth within eternity. It’s a universal constant, never changing.  People often feel overwhelmed and taken by this strong new experience and emotion that masters them. It's unlike and far removed from anything they'll ever experience among the falsities, hypocrisies and dualities of this world. It depends on the values, both theirs and their partners that form the basis of such a relationship. If it is superficial it stays the same. If it is emotional, spiritual, intellectual, real and based on truly deserving values and sincere efforts, it stays strong. At the same time in a mix of feelings, passions, ignorance, false expectations both good and bad, excuses, lust for deceiving, fleeting pleasures, greed for all things material  and easy short cut solutions coupled with an escapist attitude, it becomes easy to blame and walk away even from trying to start Loving unconditionally. It is said,

"This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart." Mathew 18:35

 Examine these words, they will never change, this is Love. It's not open to interpretation, if it goes into your heart it was meant to be yours. Explanations can never bridge the gap that was meant for Love to fill. It's like a bitter sweet pill no one is willing to swallow but they hope to be cured and saved by it at the same time. You can't fall into it or out of it. It's heaven, it isn't a pit. You have to work hard with all your heart, all your soul, spirit, 5 senses and human faculties in all sincerity to make that spiritual climb up the stairs. Love is what will feed and strengthen you on your journey. If someone has deceived, cheated, lied to or hurt you, or if you have slandered, abused, hurt or unjustly accused and oppressed another, learn to forgive with all your heart. This is what it takes to Love with all your heart. Do not carry the blame games, easy resolutions, nullifying accusations and bitter memories. They'll wrap around your soul and tie it down in chains like baggage from the past, embedded in your hearts and stained in your thoughts and minds. Instead understand the other person, your reactions and responses, understand that hate is a bait, a trap, don’t get hooked onto its viscous and debilitating cycles, develop tolerance, compassion, forgive, and Love freely, unconditionally without expectations even the worst of your enemies in relationships, business, life and more. Your ability to Love is a God given gift, a talent that means the river of Love will flow freely from its source into your hearts. So soften your hearts and cleave it open and embracing of love. Don't block and dam it up, let it flow freely be generous with your love. Confronted with your enemies, oppressors and abusers give them in return ten times the Love for every single moment of hate you felt coming from them. God will Love and replenish your heart. So heal them as the source of Love heals you. Cure and heal them with Love just as you were healed by it. Don’t worry or hesitate, it's like a never ending eternal river. This is Love; it will free you from all your sins, negative reactions, responses, ill feelings, hate, malice, resentments and take away your inequities. As humans the higher spiritual self of every man, woman and child is very close to that of God. We are born innocent, our sins, mistakes and poor choices may deny us, derail us and lead us and our souls astray. But for at least a moment in your heart if you Love like this, you'll realize and appreciate how much you've been loved. It was always there for the taking, calling out to you, your hearts were too hard for it to penetrate. Make a little time for yourselves in silence and solitude, and I assure you that you will discover this free gift to be more beautiful, profound and meaningful than any magic or miracle you’ll ever know.

Unchain Your Free will: It Awaits to Manifest your Destiny

Hello Maryanne,Wow! It must have been really confusing for you too. Thanks for putting it down in words. Between a man and a woman, the most important thing that people often forget is that it's all about what brings the two people together. If your family, friends, relatives, employers, your profession etc. decide your identity, who you are and who you are with, then it becomes hard for you to be in a grown up, mature and loving adult relationship. It's alright to relate to these people, situations and changing circumstances but make sure you do let them value your own individuality. Don't loose it or compromise it ever, at any cost. It is a gift, a blessing and something worthy of respect and dignity. Whether it's your family, friends, colleagues or business associates, it's great to be people centric and the best way to do that is to start by finding balance and peace with the knowledge of who you are, where you came from and which way you're headed. People come and people go, situations change but the one person you'll always have to deal with is 'You'. The moment you decide to become a complete and whole person by yourself, content and happy with the realization and knowledge of you are is when you step into real adulthood. This is when you can recognize appreciate, grow with and love another person just the way they are. The moment you decide to become fully responsible for your own happiness, choices and their consequences, is when you start living as an adult. In today's dysfunctional society many really don't reach that stage of maturity even in their late thirties, forties and fifties. Some get stuck in a phase may be as a result of certain habits, a nice comfort zone they never risk stepping out of, never having to dive into struggles or critical challenges on their own and several other dependencies. It might be emotional, physical, psychological, societal pressures and commitments or otherwise. You need to find that inner peace and comfort zone within your self. Take affirmative steps towards being more self sufficient and self reliant. If you can do these things then you can truly get to share and exchange both the joys and sorrows of your experience with that special someone. You pool in your resources and complement the other person to become a stronger and more mutually supportive couple. And now you can exchange your vows, get married and have kids cause you deserve to, you worked hard for it and you have what it takes to give and provide for your future children and support a family of your own. See how the pigeons and sparrows seem to be going about it. They seem more responsible and successful than some of the people I know. As people go through tough experiences in life and mature, they soon tend to develop habits such as tolerance, patience and understanding for others and their partner in particular, as a result of how they dealt with and overcame it in their own lives. We tend to get a better grip on the fact that we're never perfect, we make mistakes, we all have issues and it's all Ok, cause life is about dealing with the lessons and learning from them. Use your free will for positive and mature progressions. These can have both material and spiritual over tones. Never let your reactions and responses that come in haste or as a result of internal and external unresolved issues, passions or ignorance throw your life in the wrong direction. Abusing your free will can lead to many dead ends in life. Dead end relationships, dead end jobs, dead end careers and a dead end Karma with a ticket waiting for you to attend the next screening of your life. Instead find you inner balance, study and steady your emotions, passions and faculties, identify your true purpose in life by realizing and discovering the worth and the value of your soul. Let this knowledge be a reference that guides your free will, thoughts, faith, actions and choices in the right direction, parallel and aligned towards your destiny. There are always many alternative paths to get there. The fastest and shortest way is what is known as following your Destiny. You may consult, divine and choose other paths but make sure that they're parallel. If not, you can always follow the crowd or go off on a whimsical tangent and be content with the knowledge that you made your choices albeit the wrong ones that were impressed upon you. Mimicking the choices and convictions of others does your purpose in life no good. Gifted as we are, not all of us have the means or gifts of divination, intuition, sharp instincts or uncanny reflexes in thinking and affirmative actions. But it's important even for Run away brides to find the inner strength to acknowledge and build a relationship with themselves and with the higher source of life before they consider wedding bells and dream of that blessed day in a Church. We live in a world full of imperfections, it's alright because they are there by design and serve a useful purpose. Internalize this and accept your imperfections, this way you'll develop a great deal of tolerance and compassion for the people around you including the 'would be husband' you fooled around with. Life is characterized by external, internal and spiritual growth, this is how you facilitate it.

P.S - There is a reason why they call it 'Will Power' . To quote from that spider man movie ' With great powers comes great responsibilities'. Your free will didn't come with an owner's manual and neither did your life. Be responsible and you'll grow up to enjoy both to the fullest.

                 Creativity begins with destroying the old. Requiring complete concentration, courage and trust in your instincts for something more treasured than gold. Creativity requires you hope for nothing more than the true rewards of your deserving labor. Every promising and fruitful act of creation is always a bold new act of courage.  ‘Freedom’ from self consciousness, insecurities and the weeds of everyday opinions is its sword. It pens, paints and spawns relationships where none exist. It is the spirit of life. It is like the breath within us that joyfully sustains and nurtures new growth. Finding Love: Begins with the Breathe of Life

I agree with many of the facts you mentioned…”Body weight is largely a reflection of one’s culture, [socioeconomic and] marital status, life stage, and ethnicity.”, not to forget lifestyle, diet, breathing and the metabolism that goes with it. There’s a form of yoga called Pranayama or Yogic Breathing which emphasizes the regulation of breath to ‘control the Life force’ or ‘breathe of Life’ . Practitioners and instructors of yoga do guide on breathing while exercising but it’s a vital art that can really transform both the body and the spiritual core within the soul. The way we inhale and exhale both the depth and the frequency dictate how many calories we manage to burn and our energy levels. Through control and practice it’s possible to manipulate and regulate this depending on our daily needs. People develop bad habits or restrained breathing patterns and this coupled with the wrong diet, bad food groups and a sedentary lifestyle can lead to being over weight, unhealthy and eventually a state of mind and self awareness that goes with this image. Your right in saying you can start with your mind and work backwards to being a healthy soul in a healthy body. Many people have successfully done this and transformed themselves with a positive mental outlook, a healthier life style, good habits and a new attitude that have long lasting and sustained results.

The truth is intangible and has both spiritual qualities and governs all things material including our bodies. Realizing it allows us to look above and beyond the bounds of our five senses, mind, intelligence and spirit to higher things such as LOVE and PEACE that are more worthy of our energy and efforts.

Perfection is not a necessity its a driving force that leads us to these higher truths. What might be the right levels of perfection varies from person to person based on their individual and unique purpose or goals in life. So again you’re spot on when you say,

Fake it until you make it.

Fall in love with yourself.

Relax, it’s time to have fun.

Thin, slim, medium, hefty or fat, we’re only human and we all make mistakes cause the true prize is in the lessons we learn. I’m in love with the lessons and its many teachers esp. my soul mate ;) So Life truly is one long joyride when we find that elusive balance within ourselves and start living this adventure to the fullest.

Thanks largely to a brilliant song choice, the trailer is eerily evocative.That's the Vega Scala Choir's rendition of Radiohead's "Creep," and when coupled with sad, lonely images of people reaching out across the great cyber void, via Facebook, the effect is oddly heartbreaking. We see footage of the actual movie and it's basically all the dialogue we've heard before ("Mark Zuckerberg!!"), just now with pictures attached. The film seems to be packaged as some deep, dark drama. Perhaps it’s just the marketing and publicity crews trying to make folks curious to see it, but beyond that, the tone just seems a little strange in a funny way. If the movie was a series of interconnected stories about how people meet, greet, live, love, engage and die on social networks like Facebook, then maybe all this pathos would fit in perfectly. But the story of some sniveling Harvard nerd warring with other sniveling Harvard nerds over a computer program? Well I’m sure there are many out there who haven’t a clue about the social media giant’s painful inception days.

It's actually called "The Social Network" and it's based on the Ben Mezrich novel (screenplay is by Aaron Sorkin).

Movie is set to open Oct. 1. Sony had commissioned West Wing creator Aaron Sorkin to knock together a screenplay about how Facebook redefined just about every paradigm open to redefinition was greeted with a mixture of horror, disbelief and out-and-out jaw-dropping incredulity among readers. The storyboard of the project, shows how Sorkin has taken what many consider an unfilmable tale and turned it into a white-knuckle rollercoaster entertainment ride, packed with nail-biting moments of tension.

Facebook The Movie Poster

With a global userbase of just over 400 million, there is no denying that Facebook is extremely popular. But, will the social sites popularity turn into ticket sales when the movie comes out?
The famous technophobe and Hollywood scribe is trading the "West Wing" and "Studio 60" corridors for the graffiti-scrawled, software-developer-mobbed corridors of social networking upstart Facebook Inc.
The Palo Alto company did not initially sign on to a Sorkin film about its inception, but Sorkin anyhow started a Facebook group (well, he says, his assistant did that) to gather color for a Facebook film he is writing for Sony and producer Scott Rudin.
The Facebook group (where Sorkin groupies have already congregated to write on Sorkin's wall) was first unearthed by the Defamer blog.

So the movie about the messy beginnings of Facebook is called "The Social Network", complete with tense courtroom scenes from the legal battle over the company's creation. Justin Timberlake plays the founding president Sean Parker. And with Jesse Eisenberg playing Mark Zuckerberg, the movie is all set to be just as funny as it is serious.

I've never been married so I have no idea about how they manage different degrees of infidelity or even participate in it. I still found many of the responses really strange. It goes to show a lack of respect for all relationships in general. I find people struggle to define Love so they settle for what they think is their most appropriate definition that meets their needs for happiness. They just label it as a 'Relationship' as per their convenience. And this thing called dating, what's the point of the exercise? …Love? Not really....Love isn't something you read from a dictionary, watch in a romantic movie or observe in somebody else’s relationship. Love is really intangible so much so that not even words can hold its true meaning. Love is like a dove above humanity and all its words. Words at best are misleading if not deceiving. So you don't understand it because it’s poorly defined. Now it gets even harder to come to know or experience a thing such as true Love. By our society's norms Dating is ok, warm fuzzies are ok, fancy romance is ok, relationships are ok, good sex is healthy, functional marriages are a must do, they even say cheating is ok wow. People make planes fly, and tall skyscrapers but struggle to make Love stick, they all of sudden transform and say 'they’re only human’. In this world Love is like a sapling that gets trampled upon and torn down before it becomes a fruitful tree. Over the last 15 years growin up I have seen may be a handful of brave and bold men who have dared to Love. Love was made out to be a horrid crime in all cases. Kind of like Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet forced to go straight down the hill because the society and social environment we live in to this day is still non- conducive and judgmental of things like Love. False friends, a lack of support, envy and people who are busy poking their noses and trying to draw triangles and circles are just some of the reasons why. To Love, well they haven't been there, it hasn't really been defined, so it becomes a target for the axe. Ignorance is bliss. Ignorance of things like Love is truly a false sense of bliss, and a poor substitute for the real thing. Love was never meant for the faint hearted or the weak that may fall prey to society. Love is defined only in the hearts of those who are brave enough, bold enough and strong enough in heavenly virtues like hope, faith and patience. Why? …………Cause Love is a piece of heaven inside your heart. Love isn't mundane or physical, it is a spiritual gift in every sense above and beyond all senses. True Love is not just Karmic; it is the reason and the cause. You, me and Karma are lucky to serve and facilitate things like Love. If you seek Love, be bold, brave and strong. This world will make you struggle and fight for it. They’ll try their best to convince you that what they’ve settled for is the best phony recreation in the name of Love and call it things like dating, warm fuzzies, fancy romance, mundane makeshift relationships, good sex, dys/functional marriages, cheating, infidelity etc. Everybody deserves to Love and be Loved. Exercise courage, strength, desire, hope, faith and patience and you’ll make it to Love’s destiny. And if you can’t, identify and admit your weaknesses and don’t spoil it for those who try cause we already have too many who do that.

P.S – The only place you’ll find the happiness and meaning of true Love is in your heart. Looking for something that’s above the noise of humanity’s intelligence in all the wrong places is the reason why Lovers become victims of those who rob them of their prize.

In this fast paced world we live in it’s easy to lose ourselves to the never ending demands of social conditioning. At the end we find that we’re almost blind to the bigger picture of what should have been the true potential and purpose of our lives. We need to know that with all of science and the new knowledge we’ve managed to learn in the recent past there is still so much here and out there that we haven’t really explored. Sometimes our intelligence can betray us and build walls that put an end to new learning and understanding. We are spiritual creatures born into this material realm of sensual experiences. The Spirit of life, love, faith, omnipresent will and hope fills our souls that take seat in our flesh. And as humans we are blessed with a multitude of innate faculties especially the almost incomprehensible intelligence that dictates the story of our lives. As we grow we engage in experiences that prompt us to know and discover who we are, our strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes. But most importantly it also gives us the opportunity and identifies our core values in life and builds an evolving relationship with this sensual and spiritual world around those very personal values. This doesn’t always happen overnight, for some it may take a life time yet for others who are more honest with themselves and humble with those around them the learning curve can be much faster. If and when you do get to that stage you realize and love the very life in you because you know it’s the same spirit of life that surrounds all that is around you. You discover a strange sense of detachment to the joys and sorrows of the passions, pleasures and pains of this experience. And you find yourself rooted and dedicated to the selfless service of others and the beauty of all life that you see around you. You come into engage, concentrate and focus all your faculties in this act of service, it gives you the joy of mastering and balancing all your primal senses and urges. With this self discovery you become better acquainted and masterful of your five senses and the five elements that surround you. You find such an incredibly powerful and wonderful inner strength, resilience and beauty that raise you above the strange passions or ignorance or both that make cause you to descend and become bounded and bonded to the negative emotions and experiences that this world may test you with. You rise above fear, anger, doubt, hatred, jealousy, greed and superstition because your heart, free will, mind, body and spiritual being dwells in Love, hope, desire, faith, selfless service and zest. You may wonder………

What does it take to get to this state and stay there?

Do you remember the last time you were anxious, nervous, restless, worried, panicking or in a state of fear? You must have had a friend tell you “Hey, relax take a deep breath and let go of the stress inside you.” Well that’s the answer to this question. When a baby is born into this world it starts working subconsciously and unconsciously, its lungs and heart pound away without being told. Because that’s what it takes to be alive in this world, it takes work. This holds true from the day you were born till the day you lay down on your back to enter rest. But know that the breath in you that goes in and fills up your lungs is like the force of life from around you going in and sustaining the life and fire in you. It’s the same with the other four elements. What most people don’t realize is that these simple processes of life have a spiritual quality to it too. When you sit down, let go of all the other things that bog your thoughts and meditate on that breathe of life, you renounce all else and give into this force of life and find a new balance in the powerful bond of love that you build with it.

I first discovered the fruits of this exercise when I was training as an Actor. It was taught to me as a lesson in awareness, self control and relaxation. This state served as a personal reference for me before and after a performance.

What kind of an exercise or life style would you prescribe?

You can repeat the above with every other exchange you have in everything you do. You focus all your faculties and concentrate them on this exchange whether it’s elemental, verbal, physical, psychological, emotional, sensual or spiritual. Your capacity to concentrate on this persistent state of awareness is what separates you from the all other forms of life. As far as a life style is concerned, you become a truly free bird because life can help you evolve in all your many nuances. It may move you with its sways in an attempt to do so and test the very guts and metal of your inner man or woman. But being in this state of awareness your identity and personal balance of reference stays intact ready only for a positive and controlled progression. Your life style becomes one of positive and true choices and freedom rather than servitude or negative degeneration or dehumanization.

Does it to take for you to let go renounce this sensual experience to know who you really are?

Renounce the distractions it may cause you. But never reject this experience which was prescribed exclusively in your best interest. We are here to learn and this experience called life is prompting and servicing our needs to evolve with true awareness and unconditional respect in love for all.


How do you develop a bond with this unifying force of life in love?

The awareness of such love and the spirit of truth stays embedded and rooted deep inside your core and soul. We are capable of being good because of the goodness that’s innate and deep within our souls. It’s an act of discovery. Becoming aware is the first step. Reminding yourself of the truth in you is the second. Exercising this truth and dwelling in it as a perpetual habit of the soul is the third. Your new found inner balance is the eternal reward of going through with the likes of these.

Is my being really worthy of knowing such an innate universal truth and then speak the universal language of its higher emotions?

The fact that we all possess the innate faculties and the potential to get there is proof that we all are capable and truly worthy. It’s like a prize and a gift that was meant and kept in store for us. Its gifts are uniquely human and meant exclusively for you in the condition you are in. Awareness elevates us and liberates us into a higher state of universal emotions and consciousness. Ignorance and indulgence causes us to falter and bit by bit lowers us into more abominable and less than self-aware forms of life and eventually descends us into non-existence.

How could I possibly live in this condition in a world that’s filled with troubles and tastes that distract me even in my sleep?

You become the master of these distractions, the truth in the chaos of misguided life, passions and pervading ignorance becomes crystal clear to you at all times. Your very being both physical and spiritual becomes entwined in hope and faith around the truth you’ve discovered. Like a curious child you become willing and eager to learn the lessons in the selfless duties that life has prescribed for you. Your ego dissolves into the cause of all causes which is found only in the absolute truth that is Love. Simple acts of selfless Love liberate your entanglements from the false ego as it reveals to you, your true identity and purpose in life.


These words are meant as gentle reminder to those who seek a higher sense of awareness in their hearts, minds and the inner solitude of their souls. It’s yours in love to know, own and take into your hearts with an open mind. It’s yours to enable and empower you to lead a more free, pure, purposeful, meaningful, evolving and progressive experience in life and spirit.

P.S –LOVE is the force in the living. LOVE is an unconditional act of giving. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a Doctor, Actor, Artist, Engineer, Social worker, Businessman or anything and everything else; Your life is made meaningful and fruitful in LOVE. And this LOVE is a selfless and unconditional act of service everlasting in its intent of spreading harmony and peace to all its children.
