Finding Love: Begins with the Breathe of Life

Thanks for another useful and insightful post. I agree with many of the facts you mentioned…”Body weight is largely a reflection of one’s culture, [socioeconomic and] marital status, life stage, and ethnicity.”, not to forget lifestyle, diet, breathing and the metabolism that goes with it. There’s a form of yoga called Pranayama or Yogic Breathing which emphasizes the regulation of breath to ‘control the Life force’ or ‘breathe of Life’ . Practitioners and instructors of yoga do guide on breathing while exercising but it’s a vital art that can really transform both the body and the spiritual core within the soul. The way we inhale and exhale both the depth and the frequency dictate how many calories we manage to burn and our energy levels. Through control and practice it’s possible to manipulate and regulate this depending on our daily needs. People develop bad habits or restrained breathing patterns and this coupled with the wrong diet, bad food groups and a sedentary lifestyle can lead to being over weight, unhealthy and eventually a state of mind and self awareness that goes with this image. Your right in saying you can start with your mind and work backwards to being a healthy soul in a healthy body. Many people have successfully done this and transformed themselves with a positive mental outlook, a healthier life style, good habits and a new attitude that have long lasting and sustained results.

And yes,
“We only find a couple true friends (and hopefully one soulmate) in a lifetime, and these are the people who will look past the vehicle of our soul. Some people drive a Ferrari, while others find themselves in a Volkswagen bus, but it shouldn’t really matter as long as it gets you where you’re going. Ask yourself, is it your body that’s weighing your love life down, or that chip on your shoulder?

This vehicle for the soul that you speak of gives us an opportunity to make a spiritual progression. If we take care of it like the gift that it was meant to be and not abuse it, the window for achieving these spiritual goals will stay open and life will surely come knocking on your door with its many processes. The truth is intangible and has both spiritual qualities and governs all things material including our bodies. Realizing it allows us to look above and beyond the bounds of our five senses, mind, intelligence and spirit to higher things such as LOVE and PEACE that are more worthy of our energy and efforts.

Perfection is not a necessity its a driving force that leads us to these higher truths. What might be the right levels of perfection varies from person to person based on their individual and unique purpose or goals in life. So again you’re spot on when you say,

Fake it until you make it.

Fall in love with yourself.

Relax, it’s time to have fun.

Thin, slim, medium, hefty or fat, we’re only human and we all make mistakes cause the true prize is in the lessons we learn. I’m in love with the lessons and its many teachers esp. my soul mate ;) So Life truly is one long joyride when we find that elusive balance within ourselves and start living this adventure to the fullest.

Love, Blessings & Peace to Y’all.
Have a wonderful week.

Yet a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give. ~Author Unknown

It takes a lot of work from the face to let out a smile, but just think what good smiling can bring to the most important muscle of the body... the heart. ~Author Unknown

“Facebook” The Movie- Review

Facebook The Movie Trailer

Here's the first full-length trailer for The Social Network, David Fincher and Aaron Sorkin's movie about the creation of social wonder/ill, the Facebook.

Facebook The Movie Review

Thanks largely to a brilliant song choice, the trailer is eerily evocative. That's the Vega Scala Choir's rendition of Radiohead's "Creep," and when coupled with sad, lonely images of people reaching out across the great cyber void, via Facebook, the effect is oddly heartbreaking. We see footage of the actual movie and it's basically all the dialogue we've heard before ("Mark Zuckerberg!!"), just now with pictures attached. The film seems to be packaged as some deep, dark drama. Perhaps it’s just the marketing and publicity crews trying to make folks curious to see it, but beyond that, the tone just seems a little strange in a funny way. If the movie was a series of interconnected stories about how people meet, greet, live, love, engage and die on social networks like Facebook, then maybe all this pathos would fit in perfectly. But the story of some sniveling Harvard nerd warring with other sniveling Harvard nerds over a computer program? Well I’m sure there are many out there who haven’t a clue about the social media giant’s painful inception days.

It's actually called "The Social Network" and it's based on the Ben Mezrich novel (screenplay is by Aaron Sorkin).

Movie is set to open Oct. 1. Sony had commissioned West Wing creator Aaron Sorkin to knock together a screenplay about how Facebook redefined just about every paradigm open to redefinition was greeted with a mixture of horror, disbelief and out-and-out jaw-dropping incredulity among readers. The storyboard of the project, shows how Sorkin has taken what many consider an unfilmable tale and turned it into a white-knuckle rollercoaster entertainment ride, packed with nail-biting moments of tension.

So Aaron Sorkin is getting his geek on!!!

Facebook The Movie Poster

With a global userbase of just over 400 million, there is no denying that Facebook is extremely popular. But, will the social sites popularity turn into ticket sales when the movie comes out?
The famous technophobe and Hollywood scribe is trading the "West Wing" and "Studio 60" corridors for the graffiti-scrawled, software-developer-mobbed corridors of social networking upstart Facebook Inc.
The Palo Alto company did not initially sign on to a Sorkin film about its inception, but Sorkin anyhow started a Facebook group (well, he says, his assistant did that) to gather color for a Facebook film he is writing for Sony and producer Scott Rudin.
The Facebook group (where Sorkin groupies have already congregated to write on Sorkin's wall) was first unearthed by the Defamer blog.
Sorkin's Facebook group page reads:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=33807262256

"Welcome. I'm Aaron Sorkin. I understand there are a few other people using Facebook pages under my name -- which I find more flattering than creepy -- but this is me. I don't know how I can prove that but feel free to test me.
"I've just agreed to write a movie for Sony and producer Scott Rudin about how Facebook was invented. I figured a good first step in my preparation would be finding out what Facebook is, so I've started this page. (Actually it was started by my researcher, Ian Reichbach, because my grandmother has more Internet savvy than I do and she's been dead for 33 years.)"
So the movie about the messy beginnings of Facebook is called "The Social Network", complete with tense courtroom scenes from the legal battle over the company's creation. Justin Timberlake plays the founding president Sean Parker. And with Jesse Eisenberg playing Mark Zuckerberg, the movie is all set to be just as funny as it is serious.
I’m sure we’ll all enjoy a slightly different kind of a movie. And if we don’t, I guess we’ll just log in to
http://www.facebook.com/
and find something better……to do
(Note to Sorkin: Aaron Greenspan -- who attended Harvard with the founders, claims he came up with the idea for Facebook and recently penned a book on the subject -- would like to share his two cents).

Love 101 : Love is a piece of heaven inside your heart.

Love is a piece of heaven inside your heart

A comment in response to an article at,

http://blog.californiapsychics.com/blog/2010/07/weighing-in-on-women-who-wait.html/

I've never been married so I have no idea about how they manage different degrees of infidelity or even participate in it. I still found many of the responses really strange. It goes to show a lack of respect for all relationships in general. I find people struggle to define Love so they settle for what they think is their most appropriate definition that meets their needs for happiness. They just label it as a 'Relationship' as per their convenience. And this thing called dating, what's the point of the exercise? …Love? Not really....Love isn't something you read from a dictionary, watch in a romantic movie or observe in somebody else’s relationship. Love is really intangible so much so that not even words can hold its true meaning. Love is like a dove above humanity and all its words. Words at best are misleading if not deceiving. So you don't understand it because it’s poorly defined. Now it gets even harder to come to know or experience a thing such as true Love. By our society's norms Dating is ok, warm fuzzies are ok, fancy romance is ok, relationships are ok, good sex is healthy, functional marriages are a must do, they even say cheating is ok wow. People make planes fly, and tall skyscrapers but struggle to make Love stick, they all of sudden transform and say 'they’re only human’. In this world Love is like a sapling that gets trampled upon and torn down before it becomes a fruitful tree. Over the last 15 years growin up I have seen may be a handful of brave and bold men who have dared to Love. Love was made out to be a horrid crime in all cases. Kind of like Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet forced to go straight down the hill because the society and social environment we live in to this day is still non- conducive and judgmental of things like Love. False friends, a lack of support, envy and people who are busy poking their noses and trying to draw triangles and circles are just some of the reasons why. To Love, well they haven't been there, it hasn't really been defined, so it becomes a target for the axe. Ignorance is bliss. Ignorance of things like Love is truly a false sense of bliss, and a poor substitute for the real thing. Love was never meant for the faint hearted or the weak that may fall prey to society. Love is defined only in the hearts of those who are brave enough, bold enough and strong enough in heavenly virtues like hope, faith and patience. Why? …………Cause Love is a piece of heaven inside your heart. Love isn't mundane or physical, it is a spiritual gift in every sense above and beyond all senses. True Love is not just Karmic; it is the reason and the cause. You, me and Karma are lucky to serve and facilitate things like Love. If you seek Love, be bold, brave and strong. This world will make you struggle and fight for it. They’ll try their best to convince you that what they’ve settled for is the best phony recreation in the name of Love and call it things like dating, warm fuzzies, fancy romance, mundane makeshift relationships, good sex, dys/functional marriages, cheating, infidelity etc. Everybody deserves to Love and be Loved. Exercise courage, strength, desire, hope, faith and patience and you’ll make it to Love’s destiny. And if you can’t, identify and admit your weaknesses and don’t spoil it for those who try cause we already have too many who do that.

P.S – The only place you’ll find the happiness and meaning of true Love is in your heart. Looking for something that’s above the noise of humanity’s intelligence in all the wrong places is the reason why Lovers become victims of those who rob them of their prize.

- Blessings and best wishes to all those who dare to stand up for Love.

Self Realization, Self Awareness and Self Actualization: The path to Discovering your true identity.

Self Realization, Self Awareness and Self Actualization: The path to Discovering your true identity.

“We are spiritual beings here to evolve in this sensual realm.”
-A work dedicated to my love for all humanity and life.

In this fast paced world we live in it’s easy to lose ourselves to the never ending demands of social conditioning. At the end we find that we’re almost blind to the bigger picture of what should have been the true potential and purpose of our lives. We need to know that with all of science and the new knowledge we’ve managed to learn in the recent past there is still so much here and out there that we haven’t really explored. Sometimes our intelligence can betray us and build walls that put an end to new learning and understanding. We are spiritual creatures born into this material realm of sensual experiences. The Spirit of life, love, faith, omnipresent will and hope fills our souls that take seat in our flesh. And as humans we are blessed with a multitude of innate faculties especially the almost incomprehensible intelligence that dictates the story of our lives. As we grow we engage in experiences that prompt us to know and discover who we are, our strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes. But most importantly it also gives us the opportunity and identifies our core values in life and builds an evolving relationship with this sensual and spiritual world around those very personal values. This doesn’t always happen overnight, for some it may take a life time yet for others who are more honest with themselves and humble with those around them the learning curve can be much faster. If and when you do get to that stage you realize and love the very life in you because you know it’s the same spirit of life that surrounds all that is around you. You discover a strange sense of detachment to the joys and sorrows of the passions, pleasures and pains of this experience. And you find yourself rooted and dedicated to the selfless service of others and the beauty of all life that you see around you. You come into engage, concentrate and focus all your faculties in this act of service, it gives you the joy of mastering and balancing all your primal senses and urges. With this self discovery you become better acquainted and masterful of your five senses and the five elements that surround you. You find such an incredibly powerful and wonderful inner strength, resilience and beauty that raise you above the strange passions or ignorance or both that make cause you to descend and become bounded and bonded to the negative emotions and experiences that this world may test you with. You rise above fear, anger, doubt, hatred, jealousy, greed and superstition because your heart, free will, mind, body and spiritual being dwells in Love, hope, desire, faith, selfless service and zest. You may wonder………

What does it take to get to this state and stay there?

Do you remember the last time you were anxious, nervous, restless, worried, panicking or in a state of fear? You must have had a friend tell you “Hey, relax take a deep breath and let go of the stress inside you.” Well that’s the answer to this question. When a baby is born into this world it starts working subconsciously and unconsciously, its lungs and heart pound away without being told. Because that’s what it takes to be alive in this world, it takes work. This holds true from the day you were born till the day you lay down on your back to enter rest. But know that the breath in you that goes in and fills up your lungs is like the force of life from around you going in and sustaining the life and fire in you. It’s the same with the other four elements. What most people don’t realize is that these simple processes of life have a spiritual quality to it too. When you sit down, let go of all the other things that bog your thoughts and meditate on that breathe of life, you renounce all else and give into this force of life and find a new balance in the powerful bond of love that you build with it.

I first discovered the fruits of this exercise when I was training as an Actor. It was taught to me as a lesson in awareness, self control and relaxation. This state served as a personal reference for me before and after a performance.

What kind of an exercise or life style would you prescribe?

You can repeat the above with every other exchange you have in everything you do. You focus all your faculties and concentrate them on this exchange whether it’s elemental, verbal, physical, psychological, emotional, sensual or spiritual. Your capacity to concentrate on this persistent state of awareness is what separates you from the all other forms of life. As far as a life style is concerned, you become a truly free bird because life can help you evolve in all your many nuances. It may move you with its sways in an attempt to do so and test the very guts and metal of your inner man or woman. But being in this state of awareness your identity and personal balance of reference stays intact ready only for a positive and controlled progression. Your life style becomes one of positive and true choices and freedom rather than servitude or negative degeneration or dehumanization.

Does it to take for you to let go renounce this sensual experience to know who you really are?

Renounce the distractions it may cause you. But never reject this experience which was prescribed exclusively in your best interest. We are here to learn and this experience called life is prompting and servicing our needs to evolve with true awareness and unconditional respect in love for all.

How do you develop a bond with this unifying force of life in love?

The awareness of such love and the spirit of truth stays embedded and rooted deep inside your core and soul. We are capable of being good because of the goodness that’s innate and deep within our souls. It’s an act of discovery. Becoming aware is the first step. Reminding yourself of the truth in you is the second. Exercising this truth and dwelling in it as a perpetual habit of the soul is the third. Your new found inner balance is the eternal reward of going through with the likes of these.

Is my being really worthy of knowing such an innate universal truth and then speak the universal language of its higher emotions?

The fact that we all possess the innate faculties and the potential to get there is proof that we all are capable and truly worthy. It’s like a prize and a gift that was meant and kept in store for us. Its gifts are uniquely human and meant exclusively for you in the condition you are in. Awareness elevates us and liberates us into a higher state of universal emotions and consciousness. Ignorance and indulgence causes us to falter and bit by bit lowers us into more abominable and less than self-aware forms of life and eventually descends us into non-existence.

How could I possibly live in this condition in a world that’s filled with troubles and tastes that distract me even in my sleep?

You become the master of these distractions, the truth in the chaos of misguided life, passions and pervading ignorance becomes crystal clear to you at all times. Your very being both physical and spiritual becomes entwined in hope and faith around the truth you’ve discovered. Like a curious child you become willing and eager to learn the lessons in the selfless duties that life has prescribed for you. Your ego dissolves into the cause of all causes which is found only in the absolute truth that is Love. Simple acts of selfless Love liberate your entanglements from the false ego as it reveals to you, your true identity and purpose in life.

These words are meant as gentle reminder to those who seek a higher sense of awareness in their hearts, minds and the inner solitude of their souls. It’s yours in love to know, own and take into your hearts with an open mind. It’s yours to enable and empower you to lead a more free, pure, purposeful, meaningful, evolving and progressive experience in life and spirit.

P.S –LOVE is the force in the living. LOVE is an unconditional act of giving. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a Doctor, Actor, Artist, Engineer, Social worker, Businessman or anything and everything else; Your life is made meaningful and fruitful in LOVE. And this LOVE is a selfless and unconditional act of service everlasting in its intent of spreading harmony and peace to all its children.

Brightest Love, Peace and Blessings to One & All

About Betrayals: The truth is in confronting the weakness that hides within...........

"When Jesus told Judas, 'Do what you must do and do it quickly,' that statement suggests that he had foreknowledge of what was about to occur - that a betrayal was imminent"

Betrayals are strong and imminent among people who have a propensity towards it. You can see it coming even before you exchange words let alone vows with such a person. They have done it before and if you have psychic gifts you can see the trail of victims they've left behind since they were children. Circumstances build up towards the ultimate act itself and it may all seem very natural and understandable. There is very little good that can come out of rationalizing and explaining the cause of such behavior. Band aid fixes, damage repair and damage control are merely an ineffective cure for this disease. It takes a strong, loyal, sincere and committed human being with the best of integrity and self control to stand firm in faith for things like love, relationships and partnerships. But the truth is simple those who betray will betray. Old habits die hard for some, esp. the weak at heart and those who can’t control their own free will. In business they say once a traitor always a traitor. If you've done it once you'll do it again and again. Selfishness and a false or poisoned sense of love based on expectations and self centeredness are at the roots of such people who do such things. Whether it’s Love, marriage, business or politics betrayals and traitors come with the same packaging and unwholesomeness. I've lost money to all forms of betrayers but more than that I lost my peace of mind, love and respect for the likes of such. I’ve come to read the likes of such from a safe distance. I learnt my lessons the hard way never to be betrayed ever again. I repeat to myself "Be careful who you place your trust in Jai. Meditate and pray that they'll grow and mature into trust worthy individuals. Or prepare your Love to be the unconditional victim of their betrayals." It's the polar opposite personality traits of someone who is loyal, stead fast, firm and resolute. People such as Jesus who have abilities to bend time, karma and reality unconditionally, can see it coming from a distance both in time, deeds and truth. You must meditate on seeing it coming. You must learn or prepare to love unconditionally. You must learn to forgive. You must learn to face their fears, expectations, selfishness, jealousy and lack of respect and considerations with a strong sense of absolute and unconditional love. Love heals both the victim and the victimizer just as it heals the traitor in the hope that they'll discover the truth in Love. For love heals all wounds both cheaters and their victims will eventually find out and karma will make the lessons come forth ...be it in this lifetime or the next. Those who abandon the lessons of life, quit, loose and fail at accomplishing the karmic goals of their souls, they abandon their karma unresolved with a false sense of comforting and self gratifying closure. Those who quit never win in life. They set themselves up stronger for their next big failure. Those who leave will return to fight on the battle field of life someday; if not during this lifetime surely another is in the making at the hands of fate and Karma.

- Blessings to everyone & my sincere and Unconditional Love to All those who have been victims and victimizers. Its OK, we are only human so let love fill up the cracks and gaps that plague our perfection and cause our inequity. Remember there is so much the bible doesn’t tell us about how much Jesus must have loved Judas unconditionally. Love leaves no stone left unturned; it makes no excuses when it changes everyone and everything that crosses its path.

Get Tough : What it really means.........

Tough means that you are willing to stand tall and persevere.

Even when your mind and body signal perfectly good reasons for giving up, you go on.
This tough is obvious. But tough can be seen every day if we choose to look.

Tough may be a patient undergoing cancer treatments or a single mother struggling to raise children.

Tough can be an alcoholic ready to face rehab or an athlete living in a wheelchair.

Tough can be refusing to conform to everyday stereotypes.

Tough can be to refuse being defined by peer pressure, and rather discovering your own true identity and purpose in life.

Tough can be rejecting false praise and honestly accepting you and your family for who and what you are.

Tough is an ability to make the best from what you are given.

Tough is making the decision to replace self-pity, complaints and dependence with self reliance, independence and action.

You’ve got to be tough to do the big things in life like taking risks, admitting mistakes, and changing bad habits.

You’ve got to be tough to do the little things like biting your tongue, waiting your turn and putting up with fools.

Self-reliance and self confidence will demand your toughness. Then, you must temper toughness with kindness, realizing that many times it will be tough to be kind. Be kind anyway.

Tough is when you return ill wishes, hate, gossip and rumors with a smile.

Tough means that you are, you can, and you will stand firm because you have the principles, ethics, moral fiber and character that serve as your strong spine.

Tough is when you know you've lived an honest, sincere and clean life, your conscience is free of guilt and you choose to share the joy in you with those who are worthy of your good company.

Tough is when you choose to keep a respectable distance from bad company because you know it will erode and corrupt good character.... eventually.

Tough is when you stand up for what’s right and you know your cause is worthy of your toil, blood and sweat.

Tough is when you know to love unconditionally despite the false expectations, insincerity, superficiality and prejudice inherent in a divided society.

Tough is when you Love your enemies and do good to those who hate you [Luke 6:27].

Love: A Dove from above

True love is like a red rose. Its beauty and fragrance fills your soul with an eternal Blessing :)

My comment in response to an interesting Article/commentary on the California Psychics blog page,

http://blog.californiapsychics.com/blog/2010/05/when-men-love-strong-women.html/#comments

Yes, there is love and then there are stereotypical, contractual relationships that fit into convention and convenience. Think of a mother’s love for her child, even though they are clearly not equals, she still nourishes, teaches, nurtures and raises them, because this love is pure, natural and unconditional. This is the type of unconditional love all mature adult relationships are capable of. People either don’t strive for it, don’t know about it or they get overwhelmed and quit when faced with being so close to the victory that it promises. Love is a very strong bond that makes up for all faults and weaknesses. For both the man and the woman balance in complementing and making up for one another is the key. For all you people looking to do this, you need to first reprioritize your value system. Is love more important to you than success? Can you buy Love? Do you believe that love is the source of true happiness in life? Can you compare soul mates to things like retail love with options and expiry dates? Does your Love act as an inspiration and a fuel when it comes to all things in life and not just your personal success? All love is selfless, understanding and nurturing. Love never quits just like those who choose to love. There are plenty of strong, attractive, successful women out there. But is you personal value system mundane and worldly? If so take a hard look at yourself on the inside and the outside. Make a few changes that will lead you to finding your true purpose in life through something as empowering as love. The most attractive women in my life include my mother and two sisters, plus this great wonderful girl I met who’s always been a winner in my book, both in heart and spirit. The roles they play as women, as mothers, sisters and daughters clearly showcase their unique abilities as women. It makes them beautiful. You learn from such a wife, lover or girl friend….. lessons no one else can teach. For those who believe in taking action and having a loving and positive attitude anyone and everyone can be molded into successful and strong individuals. Insecurities, fears, inadequacies and problems in general, need to be addressed, worked with and viewed with compassion, positivity and determination as opportunities and lessons in life that can take you a step higher spiritually, emotionally or otherwise. In marriages, relationships, love and life there are winners and there are losers. Those that quit never win and those that win never quit. Soul mates are fine examples of souls that never settle for anything less than the true happiness they value in the eternal bond of love they share, reciprocate and cherish as strong spiritual memories from the past that mold their future eternally.

- Love, Peace , Blessings and best wishes to all my dear friends and fellow readers out there :)

- P.S – An idea can change your life. Love is not just an ideal it is an idea, a divine intelligence and a heavenly virtue that gels everything universally beyond time. Discover it ……….. I promise you it’s waiting to be found. It’s a warm hug you’ll never forget………… :)

Words of Inspiration: To the Actor, Artist and Craftsmen of Creativity

In an age such as ours, when the trend of life, thought and desires is to become more and more materialistic and dull, the emphasis unfortunately is on physical conveniences and standardization. In such an age humanity is inclined to forget that to progress culturally, life, and especially the arts, must be permeated with all kinds of intangible powers and qualities; that that which is tangible, visible and audible is but a small part of our optimum existence and has little claim upon posterity. Afraid to adventure and soar artistically, we sink deeper and faster in to the ground we hold to. And then, whether we notice it or not, perhaps too late, we get tired of being “practical”; we suffer breakdowns, rush to psychoanalysts, search for mental panaceas and stimuli or periodically seek escape in cheap thrills, superficial sensations, swiftly changing fads and amusements, and even drugs. In short, we pay dearly for our refusal to recognize the necessity of sanely balancing the practical tangibles with the artistic intangibles. And art is a sphere which suffers most easily from such an imbalance. Nobody can exhale without inhaling. Nobody can be truly “practical” merely by clinging to the ground and refusing to be strengthened and uplifted by the seemingly “impractical intangibles which are basic to the creative spirit, which are a kind of psychological and spiritual “inhaling”.

Kaizen: A single word in Japanese defining the concept of “Never Ending Improvement”

The reality around us is relative; at times it seems ever changing and never changing. It is the mere perception of our inner minds. The way we choose deliberately or inadvertently to relate to what we sense and then what we make of all that life presents to us is entirely up to us. We owe ourselves the responsibility in making the right choice in every single thought, experience and opportunity that life presents to us as a gift. Constantly seek ways to do things better in all areas of your life even in the most testing of situations. Confront and question your thoughts and emotions with all your heart, mind and soul. Embrace the positive emotions of Love, Desire, Hope, Faith, Romance, Courage and Zest. Reinforce these with every other situation, experience, memory or thought that goes with it. Work to grab the negative emotions of fear, jealousy, anger, hatred, revenge and selfishness with every single thought or external influence that may lead you to these. Reject, remove and replace them with what will and has been more constructive in your life, mind and heart. Eliminate doubt with decision. For doubt causes procrastination, crystallizes itself into fear and creates a fertile soil for the seeds of negativity to take root. Take a dig to uncover the obstacles you need to overcome, the lessons you deserve to learn and the growth that will piece together a successful human being in you inch by inch. The Japanese have one word for the concept of never ending improvement, kaizen. Progress and ultimate success come to those who train and keep training, and especially to those who learn and keep learning. Treat every nuance of failure as a beautiful opportunity and as a challenge that is waiting to propel you towards the victories that are destined for you. If you choose to stop, make yourself aware and control the thoughts your mind engages in, you can become a better spouse, lover, son, daughter, brother, sister, friend, employer, employee, athlete and citizen. Commitment to this choice in personal growth and success comes from the inside out and is tested often by the rigors of life. Measure yourself against the best, for you are just as worthy and blessed as any man or woman out there. Most others will choose to be average. This is what average means. You won’t know your limits if you don’t keep trying. Reject the idea of self made or social rules, restrictions and the limiting comfort of being good enough. Commit to excellence instead. You owe this to no one but yourself and the best of what your life was meant to be. Take each of your goals and think of how you can improve one percent each month. Success is a journey. It is not a quick fix. The joy is in the doing, rejoice in it and let the many processes of life work for you. Think of success not as a peak to be climbed but a high plateau to be walked with patience and endurance. Always encourage friends, loved ones, children or employees to do their best and to keep going. Nudge them on with your love, affection, help, kind words and best wishes. Set the bar high for yourself and for them. You will all be the better for it. With every single successful person you help create, you win. Your soul edges closer towards serving its destiny and true higher purpose in life by serving others.
